Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Australian Shipping

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping via DHL Express.

Estimated delivery times are typically 3–5 business days, however delivery times may vary depending on your destination and local customs processing.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees that may apply in their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

If you have not received your tracking details within two business days of placing your order, please contact our team.

Shipping Delays

Lost or Damaged Parcels
