Returns & Refund Policy

Change of Mind
If you've changed your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we'll arrange a replacement, refund or other appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products not in their original condition
- Products damaged through misuse or improper storage
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order through our website.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as AFM cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this Returns & Refund Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
